Optical sensors provide accurate dissolved oxygen sampling for precise measurements in various applications.

Dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration is an important indicator of water quality in hygienic industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or food and beverage. The digiLine oxygen-dissolved oxygen (O-DO) H10/H20 sensors use innovative optical technology to measure both trace and saturation concentrations of dissolved oxygen. The measuring range is from 0 ppm to 22 ppm (up to 45 ppm if necessary) for standard concentrations or from 0 ppb to 2,000 ppb for trace concentrations. The sensors can be connected to field devices and process control systems using either the analog or digital interface, which can be recalibrated anytime using the AQUIS touch S/P or on a personal computer (PC).

It has a typical cure schedule of 1鈥2 hours at 200鈥210掳F, followed by 3鈥4 hours at 250掳F, and another 4鈥6 hours at 300掳F. Additional post-curing at 350鈥400掳F for 2鈥4 hours will further enhance product properties.
