Submissions accepted twice a year for funding
The AIChE Foundation鈥檚 Doing a World of Good Grants Program is led by a committee of Trustees. They are: Gayle Gibson and Eric Reiner, Co-Chairs and Garry Bryan, Jennifer Sinclair Curtis and Kevin Fogash, Members. Twice a year they meet to review submissions to the Grants Program which enable nascent initiatives to launch.
AIChE Operating Councils and Board Committees are invited to submit proposals for new and innovative projects that benefit AIChE members and the chemical engineering profession.

Spring Funding Cycle Deadlines:

- March 1 - Cycle opens
- May 1 - Cycle closes
- Early July - Announcement of grants funded

Advancing Accessibility and Careers: Four New Projects Making a Difference
The second cycle of the 2024 Doing A World of Good Grant Program approved four impactful projects aimed at enhancing education, accessibility, and career development within the chemical engineering community. Supported by the Doing a World of Good Fund, these initiatives will foster inclusivity, inspire future professionals, and provide new learning opportunities that will drive positive change across the profession.
