Your donation of any amount, at any time throughout the year, to the AIChE Doing a World of Good Fund* is the cornerstone of AIChE's Foundation and supports the Doing a World of Good campaign and its five transformative priorities:

• Attracting the Best & the Brightest - programs that excite and inspire K-12 students and their families about a career as a chemical engineering
• Education, Training & Career Development – lifelong learning to support professional and personal development
• Research & Innovation – investing in groundbreaking ideas and innovations that could address society’s global challenges
• Safety & Ethical Practice – teaching worldwide standards to minimize incidents and accidents to make our world more liveable
• Changing Perceptions – creating and educating the public about the positive impact of chemical engineers and their innovations  

Examples of Projects Funded through the AIChE Doing a World of Good Fund

• The AIChE Annual Meeting is a key event for chemical engineers, offering significant opportunities for career development, networking, and research presentation. Over the past two years, the AIChE Foundation has supported over 125 early-career chemical engineers with registration and travel grants, thanks to community donors. This support aligns with the Foundation's goals of attracting top talent and fostering education and career development. 
• The Summer School for Engineering Faculty is a faculty development workshop designed to advance the education, profession, and field of chemical engineering. As a joint project between AIChE’s Education Division and ASEE’s 91³ÉÈ˶ÌÊÓƵ Engineering Division, this program strengthens faculty professional development and student success through research collaborations, networking opportunities, and more. Thanks to the Doing a World of Good Fund, we invested in the next generation of chemical engineers.
