He has over 38 years of manufacturing experience covering chemicals, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage, paper, oil and gas industries. He has held numerous positions in operations, maintenance, and engineering with Rohm and Haas Company (chemical manufacturer), Jacobs Engineering Group and others.
