After spending nearly six years managing bp鈥檚 ethics and compliance obligations under three US regulatory agreements and two federal monitorships following bp鈥檚 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, Jane Stricker shares her perspectives on the importance of an effective business ethics program in maintaining a company鈥檚 license to operate and minimizing risk of non-compliance. This session will highlight how an effective business ethics program can enable a strong speak-up culture that values personal and process safety, regulatory compliance, and transparency.
