As the pace of the global climate change accelerates, industrial sustainability principles of practices are needed more than ever. This is particularly true for shaping new ideas and technologies of which its impact on how the chemical industry will practice sustainability for the years to come. This session will showcase the emerging technologies for implementing sustainable products and processes, the innovative research efforts demonstrated from (1) academic, (2) governmental, and (3) industrial organizations.
