Mid-Michigan AIChE to Hold Spring Banquet

Featuring Guest Speaker Henry T. (Hank) Kohlbrand

Mark your calendar! The Mid-Michigan Section of the 91���˶���Ƶ (AIChE) cordially invites you to attend the annual Spring Banquet on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at the Midland Country Club in Midland. Our special guest speaker for the evening will be Henry T. (Hank) Kohlbrand.

Hank is the principal at HT Consulting, a consulting firm specializing in new business growth, innovation, and process technology. Prior to his current role he was the global R&D director for Engineering & Process Sciences in Corporate R&D at The Dow 91���˶���Ƶ Company. During his 36 year Dow career Hank worked in research, manufacturing, EH&S and new business development. He has served as President of The 91���˶���Ƶ where he continues to volunteer. Hank also currently lectures at the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in 91���˶���Ƶ Engineering.

Hank’s key note address is titled- “Wicked Problems: Addressing The Food Energy Water Nexus”.

Menu: Tuscan Buffet dinner:

• Field greens with a variety of toppings and dressings. Caesar salad.
• Grilled chicken, meatballs with marinara sauce. Tri-colored tortellini with pesto genovese.
• Penne pasta with Alfredo sauce & roasted vegetables. Tuscan garlic bread, focaccia.

Cost:       $35 per person for members and one guest per member, $45 per person for non-members and additional non-member guests.

Please pay at the door the evening of the event – with cash or a check made out to Mid-Michigan AIChE.

Note: if you make reservations but then do not attend the event, AIChE will still need to charge you for the cost of the dinner to recover our costs.
