PostModern Spirits 鈥 Distillery Tour
PostModern Distilling is locally owned and operated by five diverse and passionate individuals. We came together in the fall of 2016 with a goal to shake things up and put Knoxville, TN on the spirits鈥 world map. Our doors opened in August of 2017 with our original lineup of spirits: Kore Vodka, Giniferous Gin, Empirical Gin, Chamomile Liqueur and Elderberry Gin Liqueur. Since then we鈥檝e introduced four more spirits in less than a year including two unique Malt Whiskeys that are 100% made in Knoxville, TN.
We continually strive to redefine tradition by challenging the status quo.
To us, craft distilling doesn鈥檛 mean small or hand-made; it means challenging the traditions and staleness of mainstream spirits. Craft distilling is about using flavors and colors from real ingredients and botanicals that were grown and not 鈥渂orn鈥 in a laboratory鈥. It鈥檚 about putting your own unique mark in the spirits world that is filled with copycats鈥. It鈥檚 about working with local makers who are just as passionate as us about creating something new and refreshing. And we鈥檒l never tell you how great our whiskey tastes because the bottle was hand-labeled.
Please make your reservations by noon Monday October 21.
