Ms. Hedrick is chair of the AIChE Central Carolinas Section Scholarship Committee and Mr. Tyrian is the Chapter Secretary. Ms.Paige received a $750 check and intends to study chemistry at UNC Chapel Hill.
The other award winner, Ms. Anna Mattapallil of Providence High School in Charlotte was unable to attend the award ceremony.
