Vikash is a Senior Process Control Engineer and a Team Lead at Chevron. During his 8 years at Chevron, Vikash has been responsible for hiring and onboarding control engineers, mentoring in the art of executing advanced process control projects, keeping refinery leadership and management engaged with process control & optimization and career counselling. Prior to Chevron, Vikash was a Senior Advisor at Aspen Technology specializing in technical, project management, marketing, commercial and support activities. Over 22 years at Aspen Technology he travelled to 15 different countries executing advanced process control, supply chain and information technology projects in 25 different refineries. As a client Trusted Advisor at Aspen Technology, he conducted many benefits studies and post audits to identify and prove the value these technologies were delivering to the corporations. Over his career in the automation industry, Vikash has also taught classes in process control, inferential development and process historian.
