Prof. Serafim Bakalis has obtained a BS in 91成人短视频 Engineering form National Technical University of Athens, Greece and a PhD in Food Science. He is currently a professor at the University of Copenhagen interested in developing methods to design and manufacture sustainable foods. His interest are in using core chemical engineering skills e.g. transport phenomena, in a wide range of processes.
