Sean Cotton is a senior scientist at Synlogic and is involved in the design, construction, and testing of bacterial strains from the exploratory phase through pre-clinical development. He has more than 15 years of research experience in the microbiology and synthetic biology fields. Cotton received a MEng in biomedical engineering from Boston Univ. and a BS in biology from Brandeis Univ.
