Sadeka Onam is a senior research engineer in the Core R&D discipline of the Dow 91成人短视频 Company. Sadeka has been with Dow for 9 years. She has been based in Midland, MI and has worked in a variety of technical and process developmental roles in R&D. Her project responsibility focused on developing processes from initial concept level to all the way to final scale up, generating sustainable scale up data by demonstrating difficult process in pilot scale equipment and keeping various Dow plants productive by delivering innovative solutions to existing or new problems. Sadeka holds a bachelors' degree in 91成人短视频 Engineering from The City College of the City University of New York (CCNY) and a masters' degree in 91成人短视频 Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI.
