Ray French has been a research scientist at Shell for over 34 years, in the area of physical properties and phase equilibria. Over the years, he has supported a variety of Shell businesses, and currently, he is focusing on Deepwater applications. He has a BS in chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a PhD in physical chemistry from the University of Miami.
