Randall Jensen, Ph.D, joined TDS as a Solution Services Lead and Senior Performance Strategist bringing more than 25 years experience in the design, development and implementation of innovative learning solutions. He holds a doctorate in Instructional Science and Technology from Brigham Young University and has worked with clients in various countries and industries, including: petro-chemical, aerospace, semiconductor, high tech, finance, language learning, and education. He has managed teams of instructors and instructional designers and led large projects that have resulted in innovative training and performance support solutions.
