Reservoir Engineer
ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering Company
Lisa Lun, PhD, is a reservoir engineer with ExxonMobil Technology and Engineering Company, and has been with the company since 2008. She is the lead engineer of a multi-disciplinary engineering and geoscience program to develop technology for geologic carbon storage. She has a BS in chemical engineering from Northwestern Univ. and a PhD in chemical engineering from the Univ. of Minnesota where she studied buoyancy-driven flows using computational fluid dynamics. Her areas of technical expertise are reservoir simulation and numerical methods; special core analysis experiments and application for reservoir performance prediction; and coupled flow/heat/mass multi-phase transport in porous media.
