Lingxiang Zhu

Lingxiang Zhu completed his Ph.D. in chemical engineering at University at Buffalo, The State University of New York in May 2018, under the supervision of Prof. Haiqing Lin. Before moving to Buffalo, he earned a BS degree from Beijing University of 91成人短视频 Technology, China in 2012. Lingxiang鈥檚 Ph.D. dissertation was focused on advanced polymeric membranes for hydrogen purification and CO2 capture. Being a productive researcher, he has published 16 peer-reviewed papers to date, 8 of which he first authored. His accomplishments have been recognized by multiple awards such as the 2018 North American Membrane Society (NAMS) Student Fellowship Award, the 2018 Dean鈥檚 Graduate Achievement Award at University at Buffalo, and the 2017 AIChE Excellence in Graduate Polymer Research (Finalist). Lingxiang joined US DOE National Energy Technology Laboratory as a postdoctoral fellow in May 2018, working on gas separation membranes for CO2 capture. His future plan is to pursue an academic career specialized in membrane separation research and chemical engineering education.
