Guillermo Garc铆a-P茅rez received his PhD in physics from the University of Barcelona in 2018. He then moved to Turku, Finland, to work as a senior researcher in the Turku Centre for Quantum Physics and the Complex Systems Research Group of the University of Turku. In 2020, he co-founded Algorithmiq, where he has also been working as Chief Scientific Officer since then. In 2021 he received a grant from the Academy of Finland to work on emergent geometry from entanglement at the University of Helsinki.
