She was appointed Vice President of Global Marketing for Pigments and Performance Additives in 2011. . Erika returned to the US and moved into Business Management in early 2014. In that role, she led sales, marketing, and technical service activities for the Performance Materials Construction business across the region. While in this role, Erika focused on the importance of resiliency in construction through the education of stakeholders, supporting new business models and fostering partnerships in the industry. .
