Elizabeth Horahan is an operations leader at Lutron Electronics, leading a team responsible for the operational aspects of talent acquisition. She is a past chair of AIChE鈥檚 Career and Education Operating Council (CEOC) and a past chair of AIChE鈥檚 Young Professionals Committee (YPC). Prior to rejoining Lutron Electronics, Horahan worked in other non-chemical fields as a lean manufacturing engineer at Mack Trucks, Inc. and as a senior industrial engineer at Osram Sylvania鈥檚 Eastern Distribution Center. Horahan holds a BS in chemical engineering from the Univ. of Virginia and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Lehigh Univ.
