Dr. Engel has more than 20 years of industrial experience in a variety of areas ranging from chemical synthesis, corrosion resistant materials, sensors, light to energy conversion, membranes, nanotechnology, separation technologies, analytical methods, and chemical additives. David is the inventor in 17 United States Invention Patents and author of number of technical and scientific papers. David has developed business and technology for Eastman Kodak, Eli Lilly, Pentair, General Electric and Sulphur Experts globally. He has presented many seminars and technical courses on a variety of related subjects. David has been in numerous on-site field jobs and projects at many worldwide locations. Recently, David has specialized in advanced process systems for multicomponent separations, process efficiency and plant profitability. David is the Lead Consultant and Co-Founder of Filtration Experts (Sulphur Experts Division) and Managing Director of NexoSolutions. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Chemistry, a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and is 6-Sigma Certified.
