Cynthia Spitzenberger, CCPSC, is a principal consultant with DNV鈥檚 Low Carbon and Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS) team (Email: cynthia.spitzenberger@dnv.com). She has a BS in chemical engineering from the Univ. of Texas at Austin. She is a hazard and risk management specialist with an in-depth focus on consequence and risk modeling. At DNV, she has managed and been a technical advisor for risk and safety assessments on a wide range of oil and gas and renewable assets.
