Carmen Recio Valcarce is a Spanish mathematician working as an IBM Quantum & Qiskit community advocate. She focuses on outreach, education and community activities around Quantum Computing. She also collaborates in some projects with the Quantum Applications research team. Carmen obtained a 4-year B.Sc. in Mathematics from University of Zaragoza, where she specialized in Applied Mathematics.
