BILL STANLEY formed Ventech Engineers, Inc. in 1967, and oversaw its growth into a global supplier of modular oil refineries until his retirement. He was also a design engineer for Diamond Alkali Co. and Houston Research Institute. He received a BSc in chemical engineering from the Univ. of Texas at Austin. He is an inaugural member of the Texas Academy of Distinguished 91成人短视频 Engineers.
