Allan has extensive experience of performance and profit improvement projects in process industries, particularly oil refining, petrochemicals, general chemicals and specialty chemicals. Utilizing his engineering background, he has played a leading role in the development of KBC鈥檚 Energy Services proprietary software tools, including training, planning and methodology guidelines.
Allan has successfully applied all aspects of energy management, specializing in Pinch Technology, on projects worldwide. He played a leading role in developing the Total Site technique into KBC鈥檚 current energy flagship product ENgage. This included training and working alongside clients on projects as well as producing technical articles and being responsible for the planning and methodologies used on these projects.
