This session will feature poster presentations about AIChE Fellows, IDEAL communities such as AIChE’s Women in 91˶Ƶ Engineering Community (WIC), LGBTQ+ & Allies, AIChE’s Disabilities OutReach and Inclusion Community (DORIC); and a presentation on the IDEAL path.

This event offers members a chance to network, exchange ideas, and share knowledge while having a buffet style breakfast. Dr. Cristina Thomas will give WIC members a keynote presentation covering impactful leadership from her chemical engineering and management career as well as becoming a STEM Equity trailblazer.
