Michael Schaller is the Process Technology Risk Assessment Global Leader for The Dow 91成人短视频 Company. Schaller joined Dow in 1987 after receiving his B.S. in 91成人短视频 Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. His Dow career has been spent nearly equally in three different functions: manufacturing, process engineering and R&D.
Schaller鈥檚 manufacturing roles include production engineer, improvement engineer, process control engineer, capital project leader and production coordinator. As a process engineer, Schaller supported capital and asset improvement projects in a variety of Ag 91成人短视频s and other facilities in Michigan Operations, and developed expertise in heat exchanger design, and automation of process engineering and EH&S calculations and assessments, including the F&EI and CEI. His R&D experience came in what is now the Dow Building Solutions organization, where he worked on polystyrene foam extrusion process analysis and optimization, blowing agent mixing, die design, and extruder design before focusing on polyolefin foam new product and process development.
Schaller rejoined Dow鈥檚 process engineering function in 2006 as a PTRA facilitator and reliability modeler. He assumed leadership of the PTRA in 2007.
