Daniela Fuda represents the interests of primary insurers and reinsurers in the area of professional liability, with specific emphasis on legal malpractice, architects & engineers鈥� liability, D&O and corporate liability, and employment practices liability. Ms. Fuda has recently assisted in risk analysis projects for various industries including accountants' professional liability policies.
Ms. Fuda graduated from the University of Toronto in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Italian, and from Pace University School of Law in 2005, cum laude with a Juris Doctorate. While a student at Pace, Ms. Fuda was a member and the Convention on International Sale of Goods Articles Editor on the PACE INTERNATIONAL LAW REVIEW, a member of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team and on the Dean鈥檚 List.
